Behind The Brewer: What’s Coming Next For The Series

Behind The Brewer has taken on a life of its own. What started as a simple idea, chatting to brewers and getting the truth straight from the people making the beer, has become one of the most popular things on The Hopper Reviews. The first full episode with Love Lane Brewery proved exactly why this series works. People want honesty, real stories, and answers to the questions that most reviewers never bother asking. No waffle, no corporate nonsense, just the facts straight from the brewery floor.

Now that the first episode is live, it’s time to talk about what comes next, which breweries have already agreed to feature, and how big this series is set to become in 2026.

THE BREWERIES CONFIRMED FOR FUTURE EPISODES

Several breweries have already confirmed they want to take part in Behind The Brewer. Some are already being filmed, some are booked in, and others are lined up for early 2026.

Love Lane / Home Bargains / TJ Morris

The very first episode of Behind The Brewer launched with Love Lane Brewery and it set the tone for the entire series. Their story, their connection to Home Bargains, and the truth behind their brewing process made for a cracking opener. If you haven’t watched it yet, you can check it out.

Four Priests Brewery

This one is already in production. I’m filming and editing this episode right now. Four Priests Brewery in Cheshire has an interesting story and this will be one of the first new episodes to drop. Take a look at the Four Priests Brewery website and order some beers or merch using my discount code THEHOPPERREVIEWS for 10% off at checkout.

Hogs Back Brewery

The team at Hogs Back have been brilliant from the start. The Hero IPA Remembrance video with Alf Turner Butchers (winner of investment from Peter Jones on BBC's Dragon's Den) led them to discussing working with me on more content in 2026. A Behind The Brewer episode is confirmed and will be scheduled early in the new year.

Dog's Window Brewery

Dog’s Window in Bridgend is a perfect fit for this series. Lee brews on a home system using natural Welsh spring water and puts serious passion into every single beer. The script is already underway and this episode will give a proper look into the story behind the brewery, the labels, the recipes, and the future of his tiny but powerful operation. I did a short feature on Dog's Window Brewery and Nearest Beer Shop a few months ago, as well as a recent Blog post.

Dark Element Brewing

Tom at Dark Element has confirmed his interest as well. I’m already in contact with Tom about codes, the website links, and the finer details of his brewing process. This episode will dig into hop choices, style decisions, and the business challenges of a small independent brewer. There is also an unboxing video scheduled for 8th December of some of Dark Element's brews.

Crafty Devil Brewing

Crafty Devil are currently buried in Christmas madness, but Lloyd has confirmed that they want to be part of the series in the new year once things calm down. Their beers have always been consistently good, so a Behind The Brewer episode will shine a light on their story and their plans for 2026.

Coach Brewing

Another South Wales microbrewery lined up and confirmed, but these guys own pubs as well. Lloyd has been positive about joining the series and Coach Brewing’s story deserves more attention. Expect a great local episode early in the year.

WHAT 'BEHIND THE BREWER' WILL DO IN 2026

This series isn’t slowing down. Breweries have already started reaching out to me directly, which is a sign that Behind The Brewer is hitting the right notes. The plan for 2026 is to release episodes regularly, mix established names with new microbreweries, and show viewers exactly what happens behind the scenes in the places that make the beer we love.

Expect more history, more proper brewing knowledge, more behind the scenes access, and more myth busting. The aim is to make this the most honest and reliable brewery series on YouTube.
