And there’s a reason for that.
I Haven’t Disappeared… But I’m Not Fully Back Either
The honest truth is, I’m still not well.
Some days, I’m in serious pain. The kind that stops you doing even basic things properly. My fingers don’t always move how they should, and other days they move on their own.
I get this electric pain through my chest and down my arm that can make it impossible to lift it properly.
At the time of writing this blog, I'm having to use a walking frame to get around the house again, and I was using a walking stick just a day ago. This "thing" changes like the wind.
So things like filming, editing, even sitting still for long periods… become a bit of a challenge.
That’s why videos are going up when they can… not when they should.
But I haven’t gone anywhere.
I’m still here. Still trying. Still building this.

The Channel Is Growing… But Something’s Off
Here’s the strange part.
The channel’s just had one of its biggest growth periods ever.
More views. More subscribers. More new people finding the content.
But… I’m barely uploading compared to before!
So yeah. Something’s not quite right.
And that’s exactly why I wanted to be honest about it.
The Beer World Hasn’t Slowed Down Either
While I’ve been dealing with all this, the beer world’s been doing what it does best.
Arguing. BrewDog’s back in the headlines again. People are blaming supermarkets for killing pubs. Every week there’s another “beer industry is dying” take.
Here’s the uncomfortable part…
Most of it’s either half-baked… or just wrong.
The UK beer scene isn’t dying.
It’s changing.
And that’s exactly why this channel exists. No nonsense. No bandwagons. Just honest opinions (even if those opinions offend people or they disagree. No "PC" shit here)!
Why I Do Things The Way I Do
I get asked this a lot.
Why the AI voice? Why not show everything? Why keep parts of your life private?
Simple answer Family.
There are things in my past and personal life that mean keeping that separation is the safest and smartest way to do this.
It’s not for mystery. It’s not a gimmick.
It’s just no one else’s business.
If that’s not for you, fair enough.
But that’s how I run this channel.
