Market Taverns is launching a 12-day cask ale festival across 11 London pubs from 28 October to 8 November, with 59 beers on offer and pints at £5 or less. The festival features an exclusive Market Pale Ale, a 4% ABV beer brewed for Market Taverns by Sambrook’s, plus other selections from Sambrook’s and local brewers. Selected pubs will host meet-the-brewer evenings, brewery takeovers and tastings, with details published via each pub’s social channels. Miles Slade, Market Taverns’ chief executive, says the festival backs independent London brewers and invites customers to try new beers at accessible prices. A 2026 SIBA study notes eight in ten beer drinkers value pubs carrying small-brewery beers, while independents report limited access to about 62% of local pubs. Source: Beer Today
